Platform Role Uzzd acts as a technology platform connecting merchants and customers. Uzzd does not own or inspect devices unless explicitly stated. 5. Transactions & Payments Prices, commissions, and fees are clearly displayed Payments are processed through approved payment providers Uzzd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services 7. Prohibited Use You agree not to: Upload false or misleading listings Sell stolen, illegal, or counterfeit devices Attempt to manipulate prices or transactions Use the platform for unlawful purposes 8. Limitation of Liability Uzzd shall not be liable for: Device condition disputes between users Indirect or consequential damages Loss of profits or business opportunities 10.
